Opened in June 2025, Yeonje Manhwa Library is a public library dedicated to manhwa, going beyond the collection and preservation of comics to offer opportunities to engage with manhwa culture in everyday life.
The four-story building provides a wide range of manhwa-themed experiences that transcend traditional reading spaces. On the first floor, the Children’s Room “Kiduk Kiduk” offers immersive experiences through VR and digital media books. On the second floor, the “Manhwa Forest” features an extensive manhwa collection that allows visitors to enjoy the distinctive charm of manhwa.
In particular, the Webtoon Creation Studio, equipped with professional tablets, hosts a variety of educational programs and serves as a creative learning space where visitors can take their first steps as creators. The library also hosts events such as the annual Yeonje Manhwa Festival and live drawing shows, serving as a vibrant community cultural hub.
