Note for presenters

During the Congress we will invite all conference participants, to vote for the best poster or “People’s Choice Poster 2026”.

Winners of the “People’s Choice Poster 2026” and “Visual Impact 2026” award will be announced during the Closing Session on Wednesday 12 August 2026 and will receive a certificate of recognition.

Each presenter is required to submit a PDF of their own poster, along with the final abstract (maximum 200 words, including keywords), by 28 July to papers@ifla.org.

(Please note that this PDF is not intended for use during the conference. You are still expected to bring a printed version of your poster for display.)

After the conference, your poster and abstract will be published in the IFLA Repository.

Please also ensure that you complete the online Authors’ permission form, which grants IFLA the right to publish your work.
