Opened on September 20, 2022, the Busan City Hall Open Library (Deullak Nallak) is a key facility within the city’s “15-Minute City” initiative. Designed as a cultural space for children and families, it offers an environment where visitors can freely explore books and digital content together. “Deullak Nallak” is an open space where visitors can read, play, and take part in hands-on activities, encouraging children to develop a natural interest in books while nurturing their creativity. With a wide selection of picture books and children’s materials, along with media content and interactive programs, it provides an enriched reading experience beyond the traditional library setting.

It is also a family-friendly space where children and caregivers can spend time together and connect, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all.
