Busan Metropolitan Haeundae Library is a public library operated by the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education, with a specialized English-language collection for children that reflects the area’s high proportion of foreign residents. The library offers a wide range of English picture books and resources for infants and children, and supports self-motivated English reading through programs led by native speakers.

In addition, it provides a variety of reading and cultural programs and lifelong learning opportunities to support learning and growth in the community.
